1. Introduction
Welcome to PRIX Automotive Solution ("PRIX," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including on-demand and scheduled fuel delivery, mobile car wash and detailing, and vehicle maintenance and repair with pick-up and delivery (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use PRIX Automotive Solution.

 
2. Service Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain a valid payment method.
Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

 
3. Fuel Delivery Services
3.1 Safe Parking Requirements
Customers must ensure their vehicle is parked in a legally accessible and safe area. PRIX is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to blocked, hazardous, or restricted access.

3.2 Fuel Types and Availability
PRIX delivers gasoline and diesel only. Availability may vary by location, supplier capacity, weather, or safety restrictions.

3.3 Delivery Windows
Delivery times are estimates. External conditions may cause delays.

3.4 Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for mechanical issues unrelated to fuel delivery, including but not limited to dead batteries, engine failure, or defective fuel systems.

 
4. Pick-Up and Delivery for Vehicle Maintenance & Repair


4.1 Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle must be in operable condition unless otherwise arranged.
Customers must disclose any known mechanical issues.
All personal belongings must be removed; PRIX is not responsible for lost items.
4.2 Third-Party Repair Partners
Some repairs are completed by certified independent mechanics or partner shops. PRIX is not liable for workmanship performed by third parties.

4.3 Authorization
Customers agree to authorize PRIX or its partners to operate their vehicle for pick-up, drop-off, and testing.

 
5. Mobile Car Wash & Detailing
5.1 Service Location Requirements
Location must allow legal access to water and drainage.
PRIX may refuse service in unsafe or unlawful conditions.
5.2 Weather Limitations
Inclement weather may result in cancellations or rescheduling.

 
6. Pricing & Payments
6.1 Pricing
All prices are listed at the time of booking and may vary based on:

  • Location
  • Service type
  • Vehicle type
  • Market fuel pricing


6.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking or service completion. You authorize PRIX to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

6.3 Failed Payments
We reserve the right to suspend Services until payment issues are resolved ; and/or move forward with legal action

 
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1 Customer Cancellations
Free cancellations allowed up to 1 hour before scheduled service.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
7.2 PRIX Cancellations
PRIX may cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or operational limitations.

7.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued only for services not rendered or at PRIX's discretion.

 
8. Service Limitations
PRIX is not responsible for:

Pre-existing vehicle damage
Mechanical issues unrelated to provided services
Damage caused by undisclosed vehicle defects
Delays due to weather, traffic, or accessibility issues
 
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PRIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
 
10. Customer Conduct
Customers agree not to:

Misuse or abuse any PRIX service or staff
Provide false information
Request illegal or unsafe services
PRIX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these conditions.

 
11. Privacy & Data Usage
PRIX collects and uses customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such data practices.

 
12. Subscription Services
Customers enrolled in PRIX monthly membership plans agree to:

Recurring billing
Applicable usage limits
Terms outlined in the membership agreement
Cancellations require a minimum 7-day notice before the next billing cycle.

 
13. Changes to Terms
PRIX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
